  • Publication number: 20240417880
Abstract: The invention provides a system for electrolytic treatment of vertically oriented substrates. The system may include an elongated bath for electrolytic liquid, a conveyor for conveying substrates to be treated electrolytically, vertically oriented and suspended from the conveyor, in a transport direction according to a horizontal transport path through an electrolytic liquid in the bath, the conveyor being arranged for clamping the substrates near a top thereof during conveyance of the substrates through the electrolytic liquid in the bath. The system may further include a number of flow devices each with at least one discharge orifice in the bath, the discharge orifices being directed in a discharge direction that extends opposite to the transport direction for creating a flow of electrolytic liquid, with a flow direction that is opposite to the transport direction, in the electrolytic liquid along at least one longitudinal side of substrates suspended from the conveyor.

  • Patent number: 6923226
Abstract: A device for preventing entry of an unleaded gas fill nozzle in a diesel fuel filler neck comprising an elongate sleeve configured to be inserted inside the diesel fuel filler neck. The sleeve provides for a finger tight or friction pressure fit at its upper end against the internal wall surface of the diesel fuel filler neck. A gas nozzle blocking screen or grid for preventing the insertion of an unleaded gas fill nozzle into the sleeve is located at or near the upper end of the sleeve. The invention also includes a filler neck cap. The filler neck cap includes a removable weather-tight cap through which the nozzle is inserted. The cap preferably includes a key lock to prevent its removal by anyone other than an authorized person. The removable weather tight cap preferably is tethered to the filler neck cap.

  • Patent number: 6748458
Abstract: The input/output expansion system (“I/O expansion system”) for an external or main computing unit includes a rack; at least one I/O expansion module mounted to the rack, the I/O expansion module comprising at least one I/O circuit card; a utilities control module mounted to the rack, the utilities control module being configured to receive a command from the external computer unit and generating a signal in response to the command for distribution to at least one I/O expansion module; and expansion power chassis mounted to the rack, the an expansion power chassis being electrically connected to a power source and being configured to distribute the power to the at least one I/O expansion module and the utilities control module.

  • Patent number: 6675720
Abstract: A cable management system includes an opposed pair of articulated A-frame support assemblies that are connected by a cable support platform, such as a roller. The A-frame support assemblies may be reach between an electrical system chassis and an equipment rack in a manner that permits the elevation of the cable support platform to change concomitant with extensile and de-extensile motion of the electrical system chassis relative to the equipment rack. This change in elevation manages slack in the cable to feed cable forwardly during extensile motion of the electrical system chassis and to pull cable rearwardly with de-extensile motion.
