  • Publication number: 20260030803
Abstract: Described is a system for generation location visualization on a map interface by identifying a current location of a user that is initiating an interaction function of an interaction client; identifying a map corresponding to the current location of the user; identifying one or more map tiles associated with the map; receiving historical location data of the user that is associated with the current location of the user; converting the historical location data into an overall polygon that is comprised of a plurality of polygons based on the identified one or more map tiles; and displaying the map with the plurality of polygons on a user interface.

  • Publication number: 20250061540
Abstract: Systems and methods for large-scale geospatial mosaic generation with image processing in a cloud computing environment. The approaches described herein specifically leverage scalable cloud computing features to facilitate highly parallel, granular image processing. Front-end image processing techniques allow for generation of a user interface that may provide automated material selection with human operator refinement. The user interface may be a web-based design that provides browse version images at lower resolutions to improve performance of the user interface and generating mosaic recipe. In turn, the mosaic recipe may be provided to back-end image processing that coordinates strip-level jobs and tile-level jobs and highly parallel fashion scalable cloud computing nodes. In turn, very large-scale mosaic images may be generated from geospatial images in computationally and cost-effective manner.

  • Publication number: 20240392513
Abstract: A railroad tie plate has a generally prismatic body including a field side flange and a gauge side flange connected by an intermediate portion. The intermediate portion includes a rail seat for positioning a railroad rail. The field side flange includes a first retaining device accommodating portion, such as a first hole, configured to receive a first retaining device, such as a spike configured to secure the railroad rail to the rail seat. The field side flange further includes a fixed retainer that is a monolithic part of the railroad tie plate. The fixed retainer extends in the thickness dimension away from the bottom surface of the railroad tie plate and toward the gauge side, and overhangs the rail seat. The fixed retainer is configured to prevent the railroad rail from moving in the thickness dimension.

  • Patent number: 10697129
Abstract: A railroad tie plate has a generally prismatic body including a field side flange and a gauge side flange connected by an intermediate portion. The intermediate portion includes a rail seat for positioning a railroad rail. At least one of the flanges includes a protrusion extending in a thickness dimension of the tie plate. A hole extends into the at least one protrusion so as to receive a retaining device, such as an e-clip. The tie plate is made by hot forging, having a microstructure comprising pearlite and alpha-ferrite. The net shape of the tie plate may be achieved by forging without subsequent material addition and without subsequent material removal.
