  • Patent number: 8931963
Abstract: The invention relates to a plug-in connector for connecting at least one conductor, in particular a conductor cable with an optical conductor, comprising a main body (2) having a continuous opening, a tube-like conductor holder (3) and an anti-kink element (4). The conductor holder (3) is arranged at least partially inside the main body and movably mounted therein. The anti-kink element (4) protrudes at least partially over the main body (2). A spring element (5) is provided for positioning the conductor relative to the main body (2) and is clamped between the conductor holder (3) and the anti-kink element (4).

  • Patent number: 8221007
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an optical plug connector (1) having an improved unlocking mechanism. A locking arm (4), which protrudes toward the back in a slanted manner, is operatively connected to a collar (7) by way of a bracket (9). By displacing the collar (7) in an unlocking direction (?x), the connector (1) can be unlocked and removed from a sleeve.

  • Publication number: 20080008419
Abstract: The invention relates to a fiber-lens arrangement having a fiber array with a substrate provided with a plurality of adjacent, interspaced, parallel, homogeneous V-shaped grooves for receiving and orienting the end sections of a plurality of optical fibers, and a separate lens array which matches the fiber array. The fiber array has, in a common base body, a number of lenses corresponding to the number of optical fibers. The arrangement of said lenses in the base body corresponds to the arrangement of the optical fibers in the V-shaped grooves of the fiber array on the substrate. One such fiber-lens arrangement enables a simple, precise and flexible adjustment to be carried out, using a separate adjusting mechanism for the optical orientation of the lens array on the fiber array, said adjusting means co-operating with the V-shaped grooves of the fiber array.

  • Patent number: 7283718
Abstract: The invention relates to an optical connector for connecting optical fibers. Said connector comprises a housing which is provided with a first opening for an optical cable comprising an optical fiber to be connected, and a second opening, through which the end of the optical fiber outwardly protrudes from the housing. The second opening can be closed by a lid which can be pivoted between a first position in which it closes the second opening, and a second position in which it frees the second opening. Spring elements are provided for prestressing the lid in the closing direction. The aim of the invention is to simplify the structure and especially the assembly of one such connector. To this end, the spring elements comprise a laminated spring.
