Abstract: A ring punch for harvesting mucosal grafts with an outer cylindrical sleeve having an outer wall, a first outer end, a second outer end, a first longitudinal axis and a first inner diameter and an inner cylindrical sleeve with an inner wall, a first inner end, a second inner end, a second longitudinal axis and a second inner diameter. The inner cylindrical sleeve is arranged concentrically in the outer cylindrical sleeve. A first cutting edge is arranged on the first outer end of the outer cylindrical sleeve and a second cutting edge is arranged on the first inner end of the inner cylindrical sleeve. A radially protruding projection is spaced from the first outer end of the outer cylindrical sleeve by a distance of two to four millimeters at least in sections on an outer surface of the outer wall.

Abstract: A scalpel holder, having a grip piece with a longitudinal direction and a blade holder which is connected to the grip piece and which functions to receive a scalpel blade and hold the same fixed, wherein the grip piece has a slider guide which runs substantially in the longitudinal direction of the grip piece for the purpose of receiving a slider, wherein the same can be movably guided in said slider guide toward the blade holder, and the slider guide is arranged on the grip piece in such a manner that the end piece, the same designed with a wedge shape, of the slider which is guided in the slider guide in the direction of the blade holder slides past the scalpel blade while lifting the same out of the blade holder.
