    Abstract: A method for printing drafts includes: communicating between a second computer corresponding to a financial institution and a first computer corresponding to a company that has a financial account with the financial institution, wherein the first computer is located at the company's premises and remotely from the second computer; and printing a draft check by a printer that is coupled to the first computer responsive to the communicating between the first and second computers, wherein the draft check is payable from a financial account that the company has with the financial institution.
