  • Publication number: 20220101705
Abstract: There is provided a method of installing a magnetic proximity sensor including positioning the magnetic field sensor in a desired location and positioning a magnet in a desired location relative to the magnetic field sensor, with an indicator of the sensor continuing to be turned on during the predetermined period of time when the magnetic field generated by the magnet is sensed by the magnetic field sensor, and being turned off during the predetermined period of time when the magnetic field generated by the magnet is not sensed by the magnetic field sensor. The indicator light thus assists in determining proper relative positioning of the magnet and the magnetic field sensor. If after the predetermined period of time more time is needed to install the magnetic proximity sensor, the method includes initiates another predetermined period of time by removing and replacing a lid of the magnetic proximity sensor.

  • Publication number: 20220086527
Abstract: Devices, systems, and processes are described for seamless use of timers across multiple user devices on a LAN. A system may include a first user device, communicatively coupled to the LAN, having at least one first tuner and a first hardware processor configured for facilitating a first timer manager. A second user device communicatively coupled to the LAN may include at least one second tuner and a second hardware processor configured for facilitating a second timer manager. Each of the first timer manager and the second timer manager may be configured to populate a universal timer schedule that identifies at least one of a future availability and a future use for each of the at least one first tuner and the at least one second tuner. The universal timer schedule is populated based upon a request type, such as an auto-tune, PPV, original content, re-run, and a Joey request type.

  • Publication number: 20220060774
Abstract: Systems, devices, and process described facilitate use of a first user device communicatively coupled to a local area network (LAN) The first user device may include a first hardware processor configured to execute first, non-transient, computer instructions for facilitating a first seamless DVR engine configured to identify a first content. A second user device is also coupled to the LAN. The second user device may include a second hardware processor configured to execute second, non-transient, computer instructions for facilitating a second seamless DVR configured to identify a second content. Each of the seamless DVR engines may be configured to generate a common universal directory identifying the first content and the second content as being available for use by each of the first user device and the second user device. User devices may independently populate the common universal directory. The universal directory may identify a distinct status for the content.

  • Publication number: 20210307570
Abstract: A stack of paper sheets, particularly for use as dispenser napkins, includes a plurality of folded sheets. Each folded sheet is folded along a first folding line so that a part of a free edge opposite to the first folding line is located on an outer surface of the folded sheet and inward of the outer peripheral edges of the folded sheet, whereby a starter fold is formed. Each folded sheet is further folded along a second folding line non-parallel to the first folding line, the second folding line separating the folded sheet in two panels connected at the second folding line. Two consecutive folded sheets are interfolded so that one panel of one folded sheet is disposed between two panels of the consecutive folded sheet. Also, a method for manufacturing such a stack and folding the sheets included in the stack as well as a dispenser containing such a stack are disclosed.
