  • Publication number: 20230150390
Abstract: The charging system comprises: two chargers (2a, 2b) which deliver instantaneous electrical energy for charging an electric vehicle, with different electrical charging characteristics, two electrical lines (16a, 16b), each connecting one of the two chargers (2a, 2b) to a plurality of charging points (4), each serving a charging space (5), a switching system (6) which is associated with each charging point (4) and which connects or does not connect an electric vehicle to the first or the second charger (2), such that each charger (2a, 2b) is connected at most to one charging point (4), and a control system (8) which controls the switching system (6).

  • Publication number: 20170103065
Abstract: A system to verify the integrity of a document generates a member ID for each member that signs up to draft a document, generates a checksum code when the document is complete, either through inquiry of the member by the system or otherwise, and associates the checksum and member ID with the completed document. The system displays the member ID and checksum on the document whenever it is printed or displayed electronically. Upon inquiry of a member ID and checksum, the system returns information that the document is or is not the most recent version, or that it cannot be determined if the document is the most recent version. The checksum can be in the form of an alphanumeric string of characters, a bar code, or a 2-dimensional matrix code, and is at least in part based on the content of the document, or the length of the document.

  • Patent number: 9622356
Abstract: An assembly and method for mounting an electronic package to a printed circuit board (PCB) in which a gasket is shaped to fit tightly around and under a perimeter edge of an electronic package. The electronic package may be carried by the PCB and comprise electrical package contacts on an underside of the package, which contact PCB contacts on the PCB. The gasket may be disposed between the underside of the package and the PCB substrate and surround the contacts, and may be shaped to fit around and under a perimeter edge of the package to protect the contacts from contamination.

  • Publication number: 20130198181
Abstract: A computer-implemented method for summarising a set of articles relating to a topic, comprises using metadata of respective articles in the set to generate multiple subsets of articles, each article within a subset linked by a common article parameter, summarising content of the articles in a subset by extracting key phrases from constituent articles, editing extracted summaries for respective ones of the subsets of articles according to a predetermined optimisation goal to generate an article review for the topic.

  • Publication number: 20070286311
Abstract: A communications system comprising a channelized receiver is provided. In some embodiments, the system extends the capabilities of the channelized receiver, enabling the system to perform electronic surveillance monitoring (ESM) or relay functions. As such, the system may be employed to receive, process and provide information to downstream devices. In some embodiments, the system provides wideband communications capability. The system may also include a programmable demodulator for extracting communications data from incoming signals.

  • Publication number: 20060182209
Abstract: A receiver operating at high frequencies with low measurement error. Multiple frequency measurements are made using digital signal processing. Each measurement is based on sampled data acquired with a low resolution but high sample rate analog to digital converter. The converters are clocked at sampling frequencies that are not rationally related, causing the frequency measurement error of each circuit to differ at every frequency. Based on the multiple frequency measurements, the receiver selects an output frequency.
