  • Publication number: 20240124133
Abstract: A method for braking an aircraft is disclosed herein. The method includes receiving, by a brake controller, a first signal from a position sensor of a first pedal, receiving, by the brake controller, a second signal from a pedal sensor of the first pedal, determining, by the brake controller, that the pedal is being pressed based on the first and second signals, and sending, by the brake controller, an instruction to apply a brake pressure in response to the determination that the pedal is being pressed.

  • Patent number: 4606933
Abstract: Radiation polymerizable acrylate-functional organopolysiloxanes having the formula ##STR1## where R is a radical selected from monovalent hydrocarbon radicals, substituted monovalent hydrocarbon radicals having from 1 to 20 carbon atoms or monovalent hydrocarbonoxy radicals having from 1 to 20 carbon atoms, or a radical of the formula ##STR2## in which at least one R is a radical having the above formula, R.sup.1 is a divalent radical selected from a saturated divalent hydrocarbon radical having up to 20 carbon atoms, a divalent hydrocarbonoxy radical in which the oxygen is in the form of an ether linkage and an unsaturated divalent hydrocarbon radical having from 3 to 10 carbon atoms; R.sup.2 is hydrogen or a methyl radical; R.sup.3 is a linear or branched radical having 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 valences in which the radical is selected from a substituted hydrocarbon radical, or a hydrocarbon ether or thioether radical having one or more repeating units and the terminal atoms of the R.sup.

  • Patent number: 4551350
Abstract: A textile finishing composition comprising (1) a diluent and (2) a durable press resin composition containing (a) an aminoplast resin and (b) an aldehyde. The textile finishing composition is combined with an acid catalyst and applied to textile materials to impart softness, improved wetting properties and durable press properties. The textile finishing composition is applied at lower than normal dry add-on levels to textile materials to provide textile materials having lower levels of formaldehyde.
