The outer sidewall has a radially inwardly protruding barb (80) having a ramping surface (82) and a stop surface (84). The container body shoulder has a lug (90) having a ramping surface (92) and a stop surface (94). A first projection (120) protrudes radially outward from the outer sidewall to a first circumferential side of the barb and a second projection (122) protrudes radially outward from the outer sidewall to a second circumferential side of the barb.

    Abstract: A swab dispensing carton is provided which includes a housing defining a hollow receiving space and a drawer disposed within the receiving space, and containing multiple rows of swabs. The housing includes a pair of first side walls, a pair of second side walls, and a closure panel covering one end of the receiving space and being opposite an open mouth. The drawer includes a pair of first side panels, a pair of second side panels, and a floor opposite a dispensing opening. The floor is provided with at least three interleaved flaps having a strength to resist a pressure of at least 30 pounds of force. The dispensing opening is oriented to face one of the first or second side walls of the housing.

A shrink sleeve is fitted over the body from a base of the neck down toward the closed end. A removable cap is fittable over the neck.

    Abstract: A liquids dispensing container is provided which includes a cap, a spout fitment and a bottle. The spout fitment includes a spout, an interior wall surrounding the spout, and an exterior wall surrounding the interior wall. The exterior wall has an upper and a lower circumferential edge. An anti-backoff window and an anti-rotation window are formed spacedly apart along the lower edge. The bottle includes a threaded finish, an open and a closed end, the open end receiving the spout fitment, an anti-backoff lug and an anti-rotation lug spacedly separated and positioned below threads of the finish projecting outwardly therefrom. The lugs are engageable within the respective anti-backoff and anti-rotation windows.

    Abstract: In the present invention, an actuating mechanism for a hand held canister is provided in which a slider is moveable by finger pressure from a valve-disengaged position into a valve-engagable position and a concealed spring returns the slider to a valve-disengaged position when finger pressure is removed. The spring is preferably molded with the slider, projects through a slit in the over-cap of the canister and acts in a vertical plane against a stop depending from the over-cap. It is energised when the slider is moved into the valve engagable position. The slider is preferably releasably locked in the valve disengaged position.
