    Abstract: Techniques are disclosed relating to automatically altering a displayed user interface for an event. A server computer system may cause, via a conferencing service, display of a user interface for an event having a group of users accessing the conferencing service via a plurality of user devices, the displayed interface including an indication of a video feed of a user in the group of users that is currently active. The system may store, in a database, data for the event, including content of audio and video feeds of users in the event. The system may analyze a set of characteristics included in the content of the audio and video feeds. The system may alter, while the indication of the video feed of the user is being displayed, aspects of the displayed user interface other than the indication, where the altering is performed based on the analyzing.

A server executing a video conferencing service, receives meeting scheduling information and a set of user-specified scripting information from a user requesting to generate an event. In response to receiving a request from user device to access the event, the server causes display of an event interface to the device, the displayed interface including indications of sub-groups of a group of users accessing the conferencing service via a plurality of user devices and an indication of a video feed of a user in the group of users that is currently active. In response to one or more triggers corresponding to the event, one or more scripts are executed for the event, where executing the one or more scripts includes altering the displayed interface.

    Abstract: Technologies are generally described for holding an impeller of a pump assembly in place axially with an impeller locking collar by loading the collar against a ring element. In a centrifugal pump assembly, one side of the shaft has a larger diameter for the impeller to abut against. The other side of the shaft may be fitted with an impeller locking collar comprising two portions that can be threaded together and hold the impeller in place by tightening against a ring element such as a split ring or spiral lock. Anti-rotation to avoid loosening of the impeller locking collar may be achieved by providing counter threads against a shaft rotation. Secondary anti-rotation may be provided by one or more set screws in the impeller locking collar.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for automated feature selection and model generation are described. A device (e.g., a server, user device, database, etc.) may perform model generation for an underlying dataset and a specified outcome variable. The device may determine relevance measurements (e.g., stump R-squared values) for a set of identified features of the dataset and can reduce the set of features based on these relevance measurements (e.g., according to a double-box procedure). Using this reduced set of features, the device may perform a least absolute shrinkage and selection operator (LASSO) regression procedure to sort the features. The device may then determine a set of nested linear models—where each successive model of the set includes an additional feature of the sorted features—and may select a “best” linear model for model generation based on this set of models and a model quality criterion (e.g., an Akaike information criterion (AIC)).
