    Abstract: An identifier for a medicament reservoir is provided, wherein the identifier comprises a malleable sheet of material. The sheet of material comprises a top surface and a bottom surface. The bottom surface may be used to apply the identifier to a surface of the medicament reservoir. A first three-dimensional feature is attached to the sheet of material. The three-dimensional feature may be representative of a medicament contained in the reservoir and may further comprise an alignment feature. In addition, the three-dimensional feature may be coded for a particular drug delivery device. Such drug delivery devices could comprise pen type drug delivery devices.
