Abstract: A method of managing dispute resolution on a web-based platform includes identifying a transaction between at least two parties, establishing a secure, cloud-based storage space for receiving information pertaining to the transaction, and storing information pertaining to the transaction in a customizable electronic filing cabinet within the cloud-based storage space. The method also includes screening disputes between the parties to the transaction, tracking electronic communication pertaining to disputes between the parties, providing legal resources for facilitating a resolution of the dispute, and reporting a record of the dispute to users of web-based dispute resolution management system.

Abstract: A system and method for providing a multimedia laboratory notebook that adheres to standard, scientific documentation procedures. The system includes a database for storing experiment records, a server and input devices. The experiment records are a combination of text, graphics, digital images and other media. The database stores all experiment records permanently, such that modifications to existing database records results in the creation of a new, discrete database record containing the modified experiment record. The initial experiment record is the parent record, and each modified version is linked to the previous parent record. The experiment records are associated with a deliverable, and access to the experiment record is controlled according to access to the deliverable.

Abstract: A pump-free automobile window washer system for providing a continuous supply of window washer fluid for use with a window washing squeegee. The window washer system has a reservoir tank with a lid, which may be locked in place, and, at least one dispenser, having a lid which may be locked in place with an aperture formed therein for receipt of automobile window washing squeegee. The reservoir and dispenser are interconnected by tubing. A filter is positioned within the dispenser for removing impurities from the window washer fluid contained in the dispenser, the filter may be removed for cleaning and replaced within dispenser.
