Abstract: A patch binder for road surface repair is capable of being sprayed under pressure onto existing road surfaces to foster seamless homogenizing and mending of existing road surface material with added asphalt patch material. The patch binder is composed of Toluene, Cyclohexanone, N-methylpyrrolidone, a surfactant and a black dye. It is non-hazardous to humans and to the environment, can be applied independent of weather and climate conditions, and lasts as long as the material of the road surface to which it is applied.
