Abstract: A portable chain drying apparatus for drying or warming snow chains after they are used so that all the moisture is dried off from the snow chains and they will not rust. The portable chain drying apparatus includes a drying assembly which has a motor element, a heater element and a blower element. The snow chains are placed within the container and wrapped around in a coil fashion so that the heating and air drying elements are placed within the center of the container. The portable chain drying apparatus is powered by a 12-volt car battery and its power cord is designed to be adapted to a cigarette lighter of the vehicle.
