  • Publication number: 20240386423
Abstract: A method of using a processing computer comprising a memory comprising a hash index table and an array index table is disclosed. The method includes receiving an initial request message comprising a plurality of data fields with data elements for a transaction, and creating service request messages, where each service request message comprises a transaction key and data elements. The method includes transmitting the service request messages to server computers, which process them and generate service response messages, each service response message having the transaction key and response data. The method includes receiving the service response messages. The method includes for each of the service response messages: accessing the hash index table and determining a row address identifier for a row in the array index table based on the transaction key, and accessing data in the row of the array index table associated with the row address identifier.

  • Publication number: 20230394474
Abstract: A method for maintaining transaction integrity for transactions performed over a public network includes: receiving a transaction message corresponding to an original transaction, the transaction message including a unique, client-assigned, first identifier; in response to receiving the transaction message, assigning a unique, second identifier to the original transaction; generating a request to process the original transaction including at least a portion of the transaction message and the second identifier; transmitting the request to an issuer server to process the original transaction; receiving a first response from the issuer server in connection with the original transaction; in response to the first response, generating a second response corresponding to the original transaction including the first identifier and the second identifier; and transmitting the second response to the client.

  • Patent number: 7816927
Abstract: A method of identifying voltage instability in a power system via identification of a weakest line and bus that contribute to the collapse of the system is provided. The method includes periodically calculating an extended line stability index for the transmission lines monitored in the power system; and using the extended line stability index to determine the distance of an operation state in the power system from a collapse point of the system caused by voltage instability.

  • Patent number: 7710729
Abstract: A system and method for estimating parameters of transmission lines employing phasor measurement units is provided, wherein measurements are provided from the phasor measurement units relating to a transmission line. These measurements are filtered to remove invalid measurements. Using the remaining valid measurements, resistance, reactance and grounding admittance are calculated and estimated and checked for errors.
