  • Publication number: 20240112803
Abstract: The present disclosure provides methods and systems for predicting a subject's diagnostic status with respect to a disease or disorder. The method may comprise exposing a biological sample of the subject to a laser, acquiring a plurality of Raman spectra from the exposed biological sample, processing the plurality of Raman spectra to generate a spatial map of the plurality of Raman spectra, and predicting a subject's diagnostic status with respect to disease or disorder based at least in part on the spatial map of the plurality of Raman spectra. The analyzing may comprise determining temporal dynamics of underlying biological processes.

  • Publication number: 20240003813
Abstract: The present disclosure provides methods and systems for predicting a subjects diagnostic status with respect to a disease or disorder. The method may comprise staining a tooth, hair, or nail sample of the subject to produce a stained tooth sample, analyzing a fluorescence intensity spatially across the stained tooth, hair, or nail sample, and predicting a subjects diagnostic status with respect to a disease or disorder based at least in part on the analysis of the fluorescence intensity.

  • Publication number: 20230368921
Abstract: Computer-implemented exposomics systems are provided that include an exposome biochemical signature database, comprising a corresponding plurality of exposomic features for each subject in a plurality of subjects, and an intervention outcome database, comprising information on intervention outcome information for at least one phase of at least one intervention of at least one subject of the plurality of subjects. An association software module determines an association between the corresponding plurality of exposomic features and the intervention outcome information. A recommendation software module provides an intervention recommendation for the at least one subject based at least in part on the corresponding plurality of exposomic features, the intervention outcome information, and the association between the corresponding plurality of exposomic features, the clinical phenotype information, and the intervention outcome information for the at least one subject.

  • Publication number: 20220236236
Abstract: A method for evaluating a subject for a biological condition associated with metal metabolism includes sampling positions along a biological sample of the subject to obtain several ion samples. Each ion sample corresponds to a position on the biological sample and each position represents an amount of growth of the biological sample. The obtained ions are analyzed with a mass spectrometer thereby obtaining a plurality of traces. Each such trace represents a concentration of a corresponding elemental isotope, in a plurality of elemental isotopes, over time. A set of features is derived from the traces. Each feature is determined by a variation of a single isotope or a combination of isotopes in the plurality of traces. The set of features is inputted into a trained classifier to obtain a probability that the subject has the biological condition associated with metal metabolism.

  • Patent number: 10348831
Abstract: A method and system for containerized Internet of Things (IoT) devices. The method includes receiving by a computing platform IoT device sensor data. The method also includes receiving by the computing platform at least one container image script. The method also includes loading into the computing platform at least one container, which is based on the at least one container image script received by the computing platform. The method also includes processing at least a portion of the IoT device sensor data within the at least one container to generate processed IoT device data. The method also includes transmitting from the computing platform at least a portion of the processed IoT device data. The method also includes removing the at least one container from the computing platform in response to at least a portion of the processed IoT device data being transmitted from the computing platform.
