  • Publication number: 20250148905
Abstract: In response to a detected presence of an intended target appliance within a logical topography of controllable appliances identity information associated with the intended target appliance is used to automatically add to a graphical user interface of a controlling device an icon representative of the intended target appliance and to create at a Universal Control Engine a listing of communication methods for use in controlling corresponding functional operations of the intended target appliance. When the icon is later activated, the controlling device is placed into an operating state appropriate for controlling functional operations of the intended target appliance while the Universal Control Engine uses at least one of the communication methods to transmit at least one command to place the intended target appliance into a predetermined operating state.

  • Publication number: 20250147765
Abstract: A method of branch prediction includes determining that a processor is to execute at least a portion of a first set of instructions. An address associated with a sequentially first instruction of the first set of instruction is determined, and a branch prediction index is determined based on the address and a branch history. A table is queried based on the branch prediction index to determine a predicted exit point of the first set of instructions. The processor fetches a subset of the first set of instructions based on the predicted exit point.

  • Publication number: 20250148312
Abstract: Methods and apparatus are provided involving adaptive content inspection. In one embodiment, a content inspection processor may identify information with respect to input data and provide the information to a host controller. The host controller may adapt search criteria or other parameters and provide the adapted parameter to the content inspection processor. Other embodiments may include a content inspection processor having integrated feedback, such that results data is fed back to the content inspection processor. The results data may be processed before being provided to the content inspection processor.

  • Patent number: 12292511
Abstract: Improved systems and methods are provided to implement anomaly detection. The method includes a FMCW LIDAR system that steers the laser beam of the LIDAR system via the wavelength tuning of a FMCW. The direction of the laser beam can be diffracted and controlled by the optical grating antennas which may diffract the laser beam as a function of wavelength. The method may also provide a LIDAR sensor with exhibits a controlled and wide-angle fill or output without the use of conventional mechanical mechanisms for scanning. The LIDAR system provides a cost-effective method to reduce scan dimensionality without sacrificing performance.

  • Publication number: 20250139382
Abstract: The present disclosure generally relates to systems, software, and computer-implemented methods for using generative artificial intelligence to improve user interactions. One example method includes identifying, in a contact center application of an agent, a start of an assisted leg of an interaction of a user with a system. A user interaction summary is retrieved that summarizes events that have previously occurred in the interaction. A generative large language model (LLM) artificial intelligence (AI) context prompt is extracted based on the user interaction summary. The context prompt is provided to a generative LLM AI engine to set a context for the generative LLM AI engine. Event information is received that includes a query for the generative LLM AI engine. The query is provided to and a query response is received from the generative LLM AI engine. The contact center application is updated in response to the query response.

  • Publication number: 20250137202
Abstract: Disclosed are tissue products, particularly creped, wet-pressed tissue products, having improved physical properties such as a high caliper and a low degree of stiffness. The products are manufactured by molding the nascent tissue web to the structuring belt such that the pattern disposed on the fabric is imparted to the web and can be seen by the consumer in the finished product. Preferably the molding step occurs immediately prior to creping such that the molded, nascent, web is transferred from the structuring belt to a cylindrical dryer and then subsequently removed by creping. The structuring belt imparts the tissue web with a plurality of discrete molded elements arranged to form continuous, substantially cross-machine direction (CD) oriented, line elements that not only provide the products with an aesthetically pleasing appearance but also improves certain physical properties of the finished product.

  • Publication number: 20250130789
Abstract: A system and method functions to make an app as installed on a smart device usable to access a service, such as a media streaming service. A presence of a counterpart to the app as installed on an appliance within a home network which includes the smart device is detected. A user credential, such as a username and password combination, that is associated with the counterpart to the app is then identified. The user credential is caused to be automatically associated with the app as installed on the smart device.

  • Publication number: 20250120504
Abstract: A shelving and product adjustment system can have a frame configured to contain ranks of similarly-shaped products. The system can include a gravity-based product movement feature. This can include a low friction surface positioned to interact with a surface of each product and allow each product to slide laterally and downwardly when not obstructed by an intervening product. A manual column width adjustment feature can be configured to shift rank division bars laterally, thereby adjusting rank width to accommodate different rank widths. A securement feature can secure the system to a shelf such that products can slide while the frame remains in place with respect to the shelf. Such systems can enhance use of lateral shelf space and provide flexibility, organization, and efficiency.

  • Publication number: 20250122402
Abstract: Embodiments in accordance with the present invention encompass compositions comprising a heteroaryl compound ligated palladium compound, a photoacid generator, a photosensitizer and one or more olefinic monomers which undergo vinyl addition polymerization only when said composition is exposed to a suitable actinic radiation to form a substantially transparent film. The composition of this invention exhibit unusual shelf-life stability and are photolytically active even in the presence of air. The monomers employed therein have a range of optical and mechanical properties, and thus these compositions can be tailored to form films, including thin films, having various opto-electronic properties even under atmospheric conditions without the need of inert atmosphere. Accordingly, compositions of this invention are useful in various applications, including as coatings, encapsulants, fillers, leveling agents, among others.

  • Patent number: 12277602
Abstract: An enhanced system and method for handling, matching and executing a diverse group of limit-priced orders in an electronic options environment is disclosed. Most of the order types disclosed are automatically repriced and reposted as the NBBO changes to increase their execution opportunities. Market maker entitlements are integrated with the order processing, so that the market maker is guaranteed an allocation of the trade if the market maker is at the NBBO when an order priced at or better than the NBBO is received. Once posted to the order book, the displayed price of an order may be eligible for preferential execution in a market maker entitlement process, regardless of whether the displayed price is original or has been automatically repriced.
