Abstract: A removably attachable device for achieving hand control of a foot control pedal for an electric trolling motor includes a mounting plate attachable to a side surface of the pedal, and a securing tube attached to the mounting plate. A telescopically adjustable tubular stanchion is held upright by the securing tube, and contains a hand grip at its uppermost extremity. An on/off electrical switch is located adjacent the hand grip. Electrical conductor wires extend from the on/off switch and through the stanchion, and join with an on/off electrical switch component of the control pedal.
