    Abstract: An adapter for insertion into a twist-lock receptacle has a cylindrical lower section with downwardly protruding male twist-lock blade terminals, a transverse mid plane with holes and female connectors disposed below the surface of the mid-plane adapted to receive male terminals from a parallel blade power plug, and a removable hollow semi-cylindrical shell section for retaining the power plug in its inserted position.
