A seal card includes a qualified advanced contestant identification area utilizing a sign-up register, an advanced contestant identification area utilizing break-open windows and an advanced contest prize area utilizing break-open windows. The seal card includes a sequence for the advanced contestants to open respective windows concealing prize amounts.
