  • Publication number: 20230410050
Abstract: A user-friendly system for analyzing and visualizing the production of injection molding parts in real-time is described in these papers. By utilizing a unique algorithm and interface, it instantly estimates manufacturing costs and timelines based on user inputs like part design and material choice. An interactive dashboard displays this critical information, fostering team collaboration and efficient decision-making. Changes to variables automatically update the calculations, promoting transparency, reducing waste and enhancing cost-effectiveness in the manufacturing process.

  • Patent number: 9771013
Abstract: A sheet of polymeric material that is constructed to be coiled into a roll while in a substantially flat configuration. The sheet is positionable over a load bearing surface and at least partially around side surfaces of a bunk of a trailer. The sheet of polymeric material has at least two living hinges that are disposed along a length of the sheet and are substantially parallel to opposing side edges. The living hinges provide areas for the sheet to flex which allows the sheet of material to be manipulated about the trailer bunk. The sheet includes a top surface is configured to contact the trailer bunk where the top surface includes a plurality of ribs extending parallel to the opposing side edges and along a length of the sheet. The plurality of ribs is spaced apart and defines channels there-between that are configured to drain water from the trailer bunk.

  • Patent number: 9688177
Abstract: A retractable guide for loading and unloading snowmobiles, ATVs and other equipment from a trailer or truck bed includes a first portion that is movable relative to a second portion that is fixedly attached to the truck or trailer bed such that the first portion pivotally moves relative to the second portion. The first portion is of a sufficient length such that when the first portion guide is in an extended position a distal edge of the first portion contacts the ground surface to provide a ramp for loading and unloading the ATV, snowmobile or other equipment. The ramp provides a smooth transition from the ground to the bed of the truck or trailer. Once the ATV, snowmobile or other equipment is loaded onto the bed of the trailer or truck, the first portion of the guide is pivotally positioned into a stowed position such that an end gate or other retaining wall can be positioned into a secured vertical position with the ATV, snowmobile or other equipment being positioned on the bed of the trailer or truck.

  • Publication number: 20160039659
Abstract: Systems are described for delivery of a wide variety of materials in which liquid and gas or vapor states are concurrently present, from a package preferably including a fluid-containing collapsible liner. Headspace gas is removed from a pressure dispensing package prior to liquid dispensation therefrom, and ingress gas is removed thereafter during dispensation operation. At least one sensor senses presence of gas or a gas-liquid interface in a reservoir or gas-liquid separation region. A gas removal system including an integral reservoir, at least one sensor, and at least one flow control elements may be included within a connector adapted to mate with a pressure dispensing package, for highly efficient removal of gas from the liquid being dispensed from the container.
