Abstract: A body fluid movement system includes a body fluid movement apparatus with a lumen, a proximal end, a distal end and a balloon coupled to the proximal end. The balloon is configured to be positioned in an interior of a bladder. The proximal end is configured to provide flow of body fluid from the bladder through the body fluid movement apparatus and collects body fluid from the bladder through the lumen. The drainage bag has an inlet port for receiving body fluid and an outlet port for draining body fluid urine from the drainage bag. The body fluid movement tube includes the proximal end, with a plurality of body fluid draining holes that receive body fluid urine from the bladder and allow it to be transported to and though the body fluid movement tube. One or more sensors are included in the body fluid movement apparatus and positioned to be in contact with patient's body fluid. • Patent number: 12269163
Abstract: A robotic surgical system includes a surgeon consol coupled to a patient console and coupled to one or more surgical instruments. The surgeon consol is used by a surgeon to perform a surgical procedure. A surgeon computer is coupled to or at the surgeon console. The surgeon consol is coupled to the one or more surgical instruments. A surgical robot is coupled to a robotic surgery control system and a feedback loop. The robotic surgery control system includes or is coupled to an artificial intelligence (AI) system. The feedback loop receives data from one or more sensors at the robotic surgical system. The data is analyzed by the robotic surgery control system, and in response operation of the robotic surgical system is adjusted as needed. Abstract: A computer-implemented method includes creating a premiums escrow, with a zero balance, for a group of policyholders and managed using a distributed ledger and self-executing agreement. At a term beginning, the self-executing agreement receives premium payments sing cryptocurrency from each policyholder and allocates the premium payments to the premiums escrow. During the term the self-executing agreement receives a notification of an incident claim associated with a claimant policyholders. At a term end, the self-executing agreement receives payment instructions from the policyholders; pays, using cryptocurrency from the premiums escrow, the claimant an incident claim payment larger than the premium payment and determined according to the payment instructions; and distributes to the policyholders a rebate payment equal to or lower than the premium payment from the premiums escrow, which returns to a zero balance.

  • Publication number: 20240144811
Abstract: The present invention relates to a community security system capable of monitoring multiple, generally adjacent, consecutive private security areas to confirm human activity and engage sensory alerts. The community security system includes at least two private security areas having the capability of being networked together to enable information sharing. Each private security area is monitored by a private security system and contains one or more detection devices for monitoring and detecting activity occurring within the boundaries of the private security area. Information detected by detection devices within the private security areas can then communicate with other detection devices within the private security area or with the community security system to confirm activity, track activity across adjacent boundaries, engage sensory alerts and notify community members or authorities, as needed.

  • Publication number: 20240142466
Abstract: Method for detecting a urinary tract infection (UTI) in a subject comprising determining levels of one or more biomarkers selected from MMP8, HNE, Cystatin C, MMP9, HSA, IL-8, interleukin-6 (IL-6), interleukin-1 beta (IL-1b), fibrinogen, RBP4, active MMP9 and MMP2, NGAL, Desmosine, MPO and CRP in a urine sample obtained from the subject. The determined levels may then be compared with a threshold level, wherein increased levels of at least one of the biomarkers in the urine sample relative to the threshold level is indicative of the presence of a urinary tract infection.
