    Abstract: An e-paper poster system and method are disclosed relating to displaying an always compliant poster, such as a labor law poster, at a given location without end user effort. An e-paper display is provided and connected to a network in communication with an information source. At the termination of a sleep cycle, a wake cycle is entered by connecting the e-paper display to the information source to determine if updated poster content to maintain legal compliance is available. If there is no available updated poster content, the sleep cycle is re-entered. If there is available update poster content, an update cycle is entered by sending the updated poster content from the information source to be displayed on the e-paper display to maintain compliance without any required end user effort and then the sleep cycle is re-entered.

The display includes a compliant indicator that is displayed if the content management database determines the law poster is compliant. The display includes an indicator that is displayed if the content management database determines the law poster is not compliant.

    Abstract: A security seal to be attached to an object. The security seal includes a receptacle, a unique identifier, a tip adapted to be housed in the receptacle and a custody aperture having a dimension adapted to house a portion of a second security seal and adapted to remain intact after the security seal is removed from attachment to the object. In use, a chain of custody record for security seals is provided including securing a first security seal to an object, removing the first security seal from the object, threading a second security seal through a custody aperture in the removed first security seal and securing the second security seal to the object such that the first and second security seals are secured together.
