  • Publication number: 20150343323
Abstract: A fan assembly can be used under different indoor and outdoor environmental conditions. One or more blades can be attached to an upper bearing assembly and a lower bearing assembly around a central stem. The shape and configuration of the blades can further impart the fan assembly with a 3-dimensional appearance that responds to wind or other air flow, causing a spinning effect. The rigidity of the central stem, as well as components of the blade ensure that the fan assembly maintains the 3-dimensional shape even under high wind or air flow conditions.

  • Patent number: 9011195
Abstract: A balloon assembly including a balloon pedestal having a cup attached to a collar and an air tube that can be fixedly attached to a one-way balloon valve. The balloon cup is configured with a plurality of creases that allow it to be folded or otherwise reduced in shape for more economical packaging. The collar and air stem are also oval in shape to further reduce the overall volume of the balloon assembly. The balloon cup can be placed over and secured to the air tube, with the cup supporting the base of the balloon. A rod or similar support can also be placed in the end of the air tube to allow the balloon to be more visible.

  • Publication number: 20140033509
Abstract: Advantageous clamps, methods of forming the same, and methods of using the same are provided. A clamp can include two jaws and a spring member configured to push the two jaws together. One jaw can have an inner surface including a plurality of flat portions connected by smooth, curved portions. The clamp can advantageously ensure a large surface area of contact between the clamp and a substrate, thereby inhibiting tilting and slipping of the clamp.

  • Patent number: 7588477
Abstract: A balloon assembly including a pedestal portion having a mounting bracket for attachment to an upright support. A rod projects upwardly from the mounting bracket and carries a cup at its top with a pair of opposed slots. An inflatable portion is releasably connected to the pedestal portion and has an air-filled bladder to the bottom of which a cap is affixed. The cap is adapted for positioning within the cup and has a pair of resilient tabs extending downwardly therefrom for positioning within the slots in the cup. Each of the tabs has an outwardly projecting shoulder for releasably catching upon the cup.

  • Patent number: 6969295
Abstract: A balloon pedestal including a mounting bracket for attachment to a land vehicle. The mounting bracket has a hook portion for grasping the top of a window of a land vehicle and a base portion secured to the hook portion. The base portion is provided with a keyhole. A balloon support is releasably joined to the mounting bracket. The balloon support has a mount with a key for selective insertion into, and rotation within, the keyhole and a handle for manipulating the key. Rotation of the key within the keyhole selectively locks the balloon support to the mounting bracket. A rod extends upwardly from the handle. A cup is positioned atop the rod for carrying a balloon.
