    Abstract: A cover for an evaporative cooler has a substantially planar cover member selectively arrangeable for blocking access to the pad of the cooler and protecting the pad from the elements when the pad is not in use. A suitable holder retains the cover member on the cooler so as to cover an associated opening provided in the main frame of the cooler for receiving the cooler pad.
