Abstract: A breathing mask including an overhead gear assembly including an overhead receptor and a hose attachment connected to the overhead receptor, a patient interface and a pillow surrounding at least a portion of the overhead receptor, the pillow including a back section and two side sections, each side section including an internal groove for accepting a tubing, an outer surface and an inner surface, wherein the hose attachment is positioned outside of a line of sight of the user, when the breathing mask is utilized by the use an elongated connector extending from the overhead receptor to terminate at a terminal end, an elastic loop band connected to the terminal end of the elongated connector and the back section of the pillow, the elastic loop band configured to be disposed around the user's head, wherein the elastic loop band is disposed around the user's head.
