  • Patent number: 9065771
Abstract: Some aspects of what is described here relate to managing application execution and data access on a mobile device. A request to access data is received from an application associated with a first perimeter on a device. The data is associated with a second, different perimeter on the device and has a data type. It is determined, based on the data type, that a management policy associated with the first perimeter permits the application to access the data independent of a second, different management policy assigned to the second perimeter. Based on the determining, the application is provided access to the data.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: December 20, 2012
Date of Patent: June 23, 2015
    Assignee: Blackberry Limited
Inventors: Christopher Lyle Bender, Jung Hyun Cho, Jason Paul Foy, Sivakumar Nagarajan

  • Patent number: 4332920
Abstract: The invention relates to a method of preparing polyether-ester-amide block copolymers having recurrent units of the general formula: ##STR1## wherein A is a polyamide sequence and B a linear or branched polyoxyalkylene glycol sequence, the alkylene radical of which comprises at least two carbon atoms, and wherein n indicates that there is a great number of recurrent units. The plastic materials prepared by the novel method have mechanical properties which allow them to be used in technological transformation operations for the manufacture or moulded or extruded articles such as films, sheaths, fibres for textiles products, etc.. They may also be used for making bonded or welded linings.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: May 16, 1980
Date of Patent: June 1, 1982
    Assignee: ATO Chimie
Inventors: Paul Foy, Camille Jungblut, Gerard Deleens

  • Patent number: 4115475
Abstract: A process for synthesizing sequence copolyesteramides with the general formulaOH [CO--A--COO--B--O].sub.n Hwhere A is a linear aliphatic polyamide sequence and B is a linear aliphatic copolyesteramide sequence, for use in producing moulded or extruded articles with good mechanical resistance at elevated temperature; the process consists of polycondensation of a linear aliphatic copolyesteramide with hydroxyl end-groups, with a molecular weight of between 1,000 and 10,000, and a polyamide with carboxyl end-groups, with a molecular weight of between 2,000 and 15,000.
