Abstract: An apparatus for stringing a traditional lacrosse pocket, comprising a substantially rectangular and concave shaped pocket form sized to fit inside a lacrosse head, a series of notches running along the longitudinal edges of the pocket form, a series of cutouts running along the longitudinal center of the pocket form, outside runner guides positioned in-between the notches along the longitudinal edges of the pocket form and a pair of middle runner guides positioned in-between each of the cutouts running along the longitudinal center of the pocket form, each of the pair of the pair of middle runner guides positioned on opposite sides of the longitudinal center.

Abstract: A lacrosse head for a lacrosse stick is provided. The lacrosse head has an open frame having a rearward base, a scoop opposing the base, and a pair of sidewalls extending between the base and the scoop. The lacrosse head has a throat portion projecting rearward from the open frame for receipt of a lacrosse handle element therein so as to define a head/handle axis projecting forwardly of the throat portion. The open frame has a plurality of holes for securing a lacrosse net along a back side of the frame, leaving an opposing front side of the frame open for receiving a lacrosse ball. Each of the pair of sidewalls has a bottom portion and a top portion. Each of the bottom edge of the sidewalls angles to the right. The bottom edge of the left sidewall angle inwardly and the bottom edge of the right angles outwardly, in relationship to the top edge of the sidewalls. The distance between each sidewall stays the same distance or gets wider than the distance between the top edge of the sidewalls.

Abstract: A protective sports glove is provided with a padding arrangement having improved flexibility for the user of the protective glove. The glove includes: a palm portion that cooperates with a dorsal portion to receive a metacarpus part of a hand. A plurality of finger portions are formed at a joint along a top edge of the dorsal portion distal from a wrist. A backside pad is attached to the dorsal portion, such that the upper edge of the pad aligns with and extends along at least a portion of the joint but is detached from the dorsal portion. A plurality of padded segments are disposed along a length of each of said finger portions. The one padded segment is attached to the respective finger portion at opposing side edges thereof and detached along an edge adjacent to the joint with the dorsal portion.

Abstract: A glove is provided and includes a wrist portion and a hand portion attached to the wrist portion. The hand portion includes a plurality of finger portions extending away from the wrist portion, a palm portion, and a back portion formed on an opposite side of the glove than the palm portion. The glove also includes a padded panel attached to the back portion. The padded panel is attached to the back portion at a first edge and is attached to the back portion via a tether at a second edge.

Abstract: A lacrosse head comprising a frame, a plurality of vertical attachment projections, and a pocket. The frame includes a pair of sidewalls with each sidewall including an exterior surface and an interior surface. The vertical attachment projections are spaced along each sidewall wherein each vertical attachment projection is vertically attached to the interior surface of one of the sidewalls. The pocket is then attached to the vertical attachment projections.

The metal protective section includes a perimeter and an extension attached to the perimeter and shape to be removably engaged to the grooved opening in the frame. Additionally, the metal protective section includes a plurality of substantially aligned elongated bars horizontally segmenting the metal protective section. A plurality of cross members is vertically positioned to connect the elongated bars of the metal protective section and protect the eyes of the wearer.
