    Abstract: A drycleaning method is disclosed. In the method, a composition that comprises at least about 85 wt. % dipropylene glycol dimethyl ether (DMM) is used. The limited solubility of water in DMM is ideal for drycleaning. The method provides good stain removal and fast drying while avoiding excessive fabric shrinkage or soil redeposition.
