Abstract: Described herein are systems, methods, and software to manage applications, databases, data centers, and personnel during mergers and acquisitions. In one implementation, a management service migrates one or more applications from one or more data centers associated with a first company to one or more data centers associated with a second acquiring company. The management service further monitors resource usage associated with the one or more applications and determines a configuration for deploying the one or more applications based on the resource usage. The configuration defines at least execution locations in a set of data centers for the second company.
