  • Publication number: 20230375107
Abstract: Systems and methods for routing a plumbing line within a wall include tracks having clip-retaining mechanisms and being attachable within the wall by flexible fins; plumbing-retaining members for gripping the plumbing line and being removably anchored to the clip-retaining mechanisms; and caps and covers removably securable to conceal the plumbing line within the wall.

  • Publication number: 20230041871
Abstract: Systems and methods for routing a plumbing line along a wall include tracks having clip-retaining mechanisms and being attachable to the wall; plumbing-retaining members for gripping the plumbing line and being removably anchored to the clip-retaining mechanisms; and covers removably securable to the tracks. The systems and methods can further include a leak detection system comprising strips of conductive material on the tracks, the covers, or both. The strips are connected to a controller configured to detect a short or a voltage change across the strips indicative of a leak in the plumbing line, and to issue an alarm or to shut-off one or more plumbing valves.

  • Patent number: 8202489
Abstract: A disposable cassette, preferably for use in analysis technology, has at least one first part in which channel structures are cut out in the surface and a second part covering the first part in a sealing manner, with engagement regions for actuator elements being provided at pre-determined points. The first part and/or the second part are constructed of a rigid material and have a flexible material region associated therewith, with the rigid material and the flexible material region being manufactured in one piece using two-component injection molding technology.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: July 13, 2010
Date of Patent: June 19, 2012

  • Publication number: 20050245889
Abstract: The invention relates to a disposable cassette, preferably for use in analysis technology, consisting of at least one first part in which channel structures are cut out in the surface and of a second part covering it in a sealing manner, with engagement regions for actuator elements being provided at pre-determined points. In accordance with the invention, the first part and/or the second part are made rigidly for the greater part; with them, however, having flexibly made regions, with the rigid and flexible regions being manufactured in one piece using two-component injection molding technology.

  • Patent number: 6542761
Abstract: A device for measuring parameters of medical fluids having a measurement chamber through which the fluid to be measured passes. The chamber is sealed on one side by a flexible membrane, and it also has a measurement plate that has a peripheral seal on its outer edge and is in contact with the flexible membrane. At least one sensor for measuring a parameter of the medical fluid is mounted on the measurement plate, and the measurement plate has a continuous inlet leading to the flexible membrane so that a vacuum can be established between the measurement plate and the flexible membrane.

  • Patent number: 5067359
Abstract: An apparatus for clamping flexible tubing employs one or more plungers as clamps. The plungers are reciprocally moveable by means of a rotatable disk cam which has a cam path on one or both of the faces of the disk, the disk cam being mounted to rotate on a shaft of a stepping motor. The plungers may be used to clamp a single tube or a plurality of tubes.
