  • Publication number: 20230211553
Abstract: A method of moving a print head between a plurality of partitioned chambers in a 3D printer includes providing the 3D printer having a thermal barrier having an area defined by a length and width, wherein a print head nozzle can be positioned through the thermal barrier along the width or the length and at least two partitioned chambers below the area of the thermal barrier, wherein a first chamber comprises a printing chamber and a second chamber comprises a chamber providing another functionality. The method includes raising the print head in a z direction from the second chamber to above the thermal barrier and moving the print head in a x-y direction from above the second chamber over the partition to a location above the first chamber. The method also includes lowering the print head in the z direction and into the first chamber such that an extrusion port of a nozzle of the print head is proximate a x-y print plane.

  • Publication number: 20230194811
Abstract: An optoelectronic module includes a housing enclosing at least one optical transmitter or receiver and includes a release mechanism configured to engage with a cage sized and shaped to receive the housing. A cable connector for a fiber optic cable is configured to engage in a port of the module, and a slideable collar on the cable connector can keep the module engaged in the port. For example, the collar can hold tabs or arms inside the port engaged with slots or indents on a body of the connector to prevent the connector from being pulled from the port. A retainer is configured to prevent retraction of a collar on the cable connector so that the connector is not inadvertently removed from the port. By keeping the connector engaged, the retainer may by extension keep the module engaged in the cage by preventing inadvertent release of the release mechanism on the module.

  • Publication number: 20230186630
Abstract: A monitored area including a plurality of video cameras is monitored for possible events. A video camera captures a video stream showing a portion of the monitored area and performs video analysis on the captured video stream. When the video camera identifies an event of interest within the captured video stream, the video camera generates event information associated with the identified event of interest. The video camera uses the relative location information to determine which video camera of the plurality of video cameras is positioned to capture the event of interest now and/or in the future and instructs that video camera to track the event.

  • Patent number: 11648296
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to hIL2 orthogonal ligands (“IL2 orthologs”) that specifically and selectively bind to the extracellular domain (ECD) a transmembrane polypeptide comprising of a modified hCD122 polypeptide. The binding of the hIL2 ortholog to the modified hCD122 polypeptide participates in the transduction pathway of intracellular signaling resulting in a biological activity of the native intracellular signaling patterns associated with hIL2 binding to either the intermediate or high affinity hIL2 receptor but which exhibits selectivity to an engineered cell expressing an hCD122 orthogonal receptor. The hIL2 orthologs of the present invention exhibit significantly reduced binding relative to their binding to the extracellular domain of wild type hCD122, either alone or when hCD122 is present in the form of an endogenous high or intermediate affinity hIL2 receptors.

  • Patent number: 11651336
Abstract: Techniques are described for determining data dependent alert profiles to be presented on sender and/or receiver computing devices in response to a request for transfer of a data from the sender to the receiver. The alert profiles are determined based on a value of the data. The sender alert profile may be determined based on the information on sender accounts and the receiver alert profile may be determined based on the information on the receiver account. The alert profiles may be determined based on a history of the data transfer between the sender and the receiver, or account history of either the sender or the receiver, or the history of the data transfer within the system. The alert profiles may be presented on computing devices, for example through haptic actuators, to provide a sense of the data value to the user.

  • Publication number: 20230138326
Abstract: A load lock in which the pumping speed is controlled so as to minimize the possibility of condensation is disclosed. The load lock is in communication with a vacuum pump and a valve. A controller is used to control the valve such that the supersaturation ratio within the load lock does not exceed a predetermined threshold, which is less than or equal to the critical value at which vapor condenses. In certain embodiments, a computer model is used to generate a profile, which may be a pumping speed profile or a pressure profile, and the valve is controlled according to the profile. In another embodiment, the load lock comprises a temperature sensor and a pressure sensor. The controller may calculate the supersaturation ratio based on these parameters and control the valve accordingly.
