Abstract: An electro fiber pulling apparatus with spiral rod is provided for generating fibers or fiber web structure from a viscous liquid (such as polymer solutions, sol-gel or molten mass). The fiber pulling apparatus includes: a fiber generator with spiral rod; a fiber collector with counter electrodes spaced apart from the fiber generator with a certain distance; a liquid container for storing the viscous liquid for fiber generating; and a high voltage generator, wherein the electrodes of the high voltage generator are connected with the fiber generator and the fiber collector respectively.
