  • Patent number: 11955207
Abstract: The disclosure provides systems and methods for data analysis of experimental data. The analysis can include reference data that are not directly generated from the present experiment, which reference data may be values of the experimental parameters that were either provided by a user, computed by the system with input from a user, or computed by the system without using any input from a user. Another example of such reference data may be information about the instrument, such as the calibration method of the instrument.

  • Patent number: 7108964
Abstract: The invention relates to a novel kind of anthranilic acid compound that releases a UG as a function of chemical bond cleavage according to Formula (I): Q-(AAS)-UG where UG is an useful group and is chemically bonded to (AAS); (AAS) is an anthranilic acid switching group; and Q is a group in which the bond to (AAS) is broken so that the -(AAS)-UG fragment subsequently decomposes to the free UG.

  • Patent number: 6730465
Abstract: The invention relates to a photographic element comprising at least one light-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer having associated therewith a heterocyclic magenta or cyan dye-forming coupler of formula (I), wherein HET is a heterocyclic coupler comprising at least two fused rings and having at least one bridgehead nitrogen atom; S is bonded to a position of HET capable of releasing the heterocyclylthio moiety from HET upon reaction with oxidized developer; X is a heteroatom selected from nitrogen, oxygen and sulfur, bonded to the carbon atom bearing the exocyclic S and to other ring atoms only; and Z are the atoms necessary to complete an unsubstituted or substituted heterocyclic ring or ring system, which may contain one or more other heteroatoms selected from nitrogen, oxygen and sulfur; provided also that the heterocyclylthio moiety released upon reaction with oxidized developer does not significantly inhibit silver development nor cause a bleach acceleration effect.

  • Patent number: 6238855
Abstract: A photographic element comprising a support bearing one or more silver halide emulsions at least one of which comprises at least 50% silver chloride in association with one or more image dye-forming couplers and one or more DI(A)R couplers of formulae I or II: wherein: TIME is a timing group and R1, R2, Z, n, and j are as defined in the specification, wherein the DI(A)R coupler(s) in association with an emulsion comprising at least 50% silver chloride comprise at least about 25% to about 90% of the total amount of coupler in association with that emulsion and the total amount of coupler is the sum of the number of moles of image coupler(s) and the number of moles of the DI(A)R couplers in association with that emulsion.
