The corrugated tube is extendable and condensable, and is allowed to encompass and detachably hold together curtains, drapes, towels, cords, wires, tubes of varying widths carrying liquid or air, lines, strings, or similar groupings of products having length where an advantage exists in collecting, coalescing, binding, and fastening a single product or a grouping of products.
