  • Publication number: 20230085426
Abstract: Systems, methods, and devices are described for efficient and intelligent source reductions for querying multiple sources over an external network. A medical history request for a patient is received from a requestor via a network. A set of providers is identified from a provider database based at least on the history request, and a set of physical addresses is generated based at least on the set of providers. The set of physical addresses are filtered according to filter criteria to generate a filtered set of physical addresses. Computing systems, of respective providers, which respectively correspond to the filtered set of physical addresses are queried over an external network to generate a query result that includes history information for the patient and that is representative of querying each computing system associated with the unfiltered set of physical addresses.

  • Patent number: 11388183
Abstract: Provided herein are systems and methods for risk tracking. A tracker engine executable on servers may provide, in a user interface, a plurality of categories of locations for files in a networked environment. The tracker engine may identify in the user interface risk categories of the files in each of the categories of the locations. The tracker engine may provide, in the user interface, types of egress points for the files. The tracker engine may generate links between the categories of the locations of the files, the risk categories of the files and the types of egress points for the files. Details about each of the files may be navigable from the user interface via a corresponding category of a location of the file, a corresponding risk category of the file or a corresponding type of egress point for the file.

  • Patent number: 8204302
Abstract: An image containing one or more types of objects to be located is analyzed to locate linear features within the image. The objects have edges having known spatial relationships. The linear features and identified virtual lines are analyzed to find groups of linear features and/or virtual lines that have one of the known spatial relationships. These relationships can include parallel edges, edges that meet at certain angles or angle ranges, the number of lines meeting a vertex and the like. The identified group is compared with projected 2-dimensional representation(s) of the object(s) to determine whether any additional lines appear in the image that are part of the located object. In various exemplary embodiments, two or more hypotheses for how the identified group of linear features maps to the 3-dimensional representation of the object can be generated. The best fitting hypothesis becomes the recognized 3-dimensional shape and orientation for that object.

  • Patent number: 7885467
Abstract: An image of high-aspect-ratio objects is analyzed to locate linear features within the image. The gradient direction for each pixel is determined, and connected pixels having similar gradient directions are grouped into line support regions. A linear feature is determined for each line support region. The linear features are analyzed to identify those that are co-linear. The linear features are then analyzed to find groups that are parallel and that sufficiently overlap. Additional sets of linear features that intersect the identified group are combined into that group. The line support regions of the grouped linear features are analyzed to determine representative orientation and/or dimensional information, which is analyzed to determine statistical information about a plurality of the objects. This information is used to monitor or control one or more processes associated with the objects, to reject the objects or a structure or device comprising the objects, or the like.

  • Patent number: 7275259
Abstract: A system that allows a user of a first domain to access a second domain. A request originates in the first domain to perform an action in the second domain. The request indicates a user of the first domain on whose behalf the request was originated. The access request is received by an adapter in the second domain. The adapter requests an access token for a user of the second domain who corresponds to the user of the first domain. A mapping table is used to identify which user in the second domain corresponds to the user in the first domain. Once the correct user of the second domain is identified, an access token for that user is returned to the adapter. The adapter then carries out the requested action by using the access token to impersonate the user of the second domain.

  • Patent number: 7251732
Abstract: A mechanism that synchronizes passwords maintained for plural domains. A user maintains accounts in two domains. The first and second domains each maintain tables correlating userIDs with passwords, such that the same user's password can be different in the different domains. A database stores tables that correlate a given user's userID/password combination in the first domain with his corresponding userID/password combination in the second domain. The database is used to sign the user onto one domain when the user is working in the other domain. When the user changes his password in the first domain, the change is reported to the database, so that the database stores the current password. Optionally, the password change may be reported to the second domain, such that the user will have the same password in both domains.

  • Publication number: 20050199029
Abstract: A hydrotapping power unit is disclosed that is operable to hold a hydrotapping tool in a home position adjacent a part while the latter is being hydroformed in a die cavity, to then advance the tool to pierce a hole in the hydroformed part while the part remains in the die cavity and under pressure and then continue to advance the tool to inwardly extrude the part about the hole, to then further advance while also rotating the tool at a feed rate equal to the thread pitch of the tool to thereby form a thread in the pierced hole, and finally retract while also rotating the tool but in the reverse direction and at the same feed rate to release the tool from the threaded hole.
