  • Patent number: 12377869
Abstract: Techniques for determining situational interpretation information are discussed herein. A vehicle computing device associated with an autonomous vehicle can receive sensor data associated with an autonomous vehicle traversing an environment. The vehicle computing device can determine, based at least in part on the sensor data a planned trajectory usable to control the autonomous vehicle in the environment. The vehicle computing device can determine, based at least in part on the planned trajectory, situational information associated with the planned trajectory. The rationalization component can determine one or more indicators representing the situational information associated with the autonomous vehicle. A display device can display the one or more indicators.

  • Publication number: 20250190739
Abstract: An apparatus and method for locating and identifying an object comprises attaching an RFID tag around a cylindrical object. The RFID tag comprises a flexible circuit constructed and arranged for conformably positioning about a cylindrical object and a plurality of antenna loops serially positioned about the flexible circuit. The antenna loops are overlapped with each other so that the flexible circuit receives an RF signal at a strength for transmission to the flexible circuit at any orientation of the RFID tag about the cylindrical object. The RF signal is received by at least one of the plurality of overlapping antenna loops. The source receives from the RFID tag a reply signal comprising identification data corresponding to the RFID tag. An identity and location are determined for the cylindrical object in response to the reply signal.

  • Publication number: 20250084693
Abstract: A tight-coiling rolling grille link and rolling grille system. Curved links are interconnected in vertical rows for a required height of the grille, rows are spaced apart for a required width of the grille, horizontal rods are inserted through aligned holes in the links, tubes are placed intermittently over the rods between the rows of links to maintain even spacing, and ends of the rods are mechanically secured to hold the rolling grille curtain together. The links of the grille are identical and are attached symmetrically via a tab and notch linkage scheme. The system prioritizes coiling as tightly as possible to fit in as little space above the opening as possible.

  • Publication number: 20240391808
Abstract: A wastewater treatment method provides a bioreactor including: an inlet zone, a filtration zone, and a reaction zone including: a biofilm supporting media including a biofilm of bacteria thereon. The supporting media is sufficient to enable the bacteria thereon to consume contaminants from the wastewater to produce water with a total suspended solids of less than 5 g/L and water including suspended bacteria. Wastewater is introduced to the inlet zone of the bioreactor. Anoxic and/or aerobic conditions are provided in the reaction zone to cause the consumption of the contaminants by the bacteria on the supporting media and the suspended bacteria contained in the water to produce filterable water. This water is filtered at the filtration zone to produce a filtrate and a sludge, the filtrate having a total suspended solids of less than 10 mg/L with a flowrate of at least 2,000 L/h/m2 of filter area.

  • Publication number: 20240384628
Abstract: Bottom hole pressure (BHP) actuals and bottom hole temperature (BHT) actuals in a hydrocarbon production well are recorded as a function of time, during production of hydrocarbon fluids. Selective statistical measures of both the BHP actuals and the BHT actuals are determined as a function of time. These selective statistical measures suitably represent estimates of expected normal BHP actuals and BHT actuals in case there is no imminent sand failure, supplemented with an uncertainty measure of the estimates of expected normal BHP and BHT. The BHP actuals and the BHT actuals are compared with respective BHP and BHT anomaly thresholds based on the selective statistical measures. An anomaly alert is automatically issued upon meeting a condition wherein both the BHP actuals and the BHT actuals exceed their respective anomaly threshold. The anomaly alert is an indication of a predicted imminent sand failure of the hydrocarbon production well in operation.

The apparatus can be utilized with tablet computing devices but can also be utilized with other electronic devices. The apparatus includes an oblong base, a propping leg, a hand strap, and an attachment mechanism. The oblong base receives the body of the electronic device when the apparatus is attached to the backside of the electronic device or to a device accessory. The propping leg enables the apparatus to be utilized as a stand for the electronic device. The hand strap enables the apparatus to be utilized as a hand holder for the electronic device. The attachment mechanism enables the apparatus to be easily and releasably attached to the electronic device.
