  • Patent number: 11161636
Abstract: Disclosed is a method for filling cups in which: a cup is brought and held vertically with and opposite a distribution nozzle; next, the blocking rod is brought into the open position and the cup is filled with a product flowing through the distribution nozzle; when a preferred quantity of product is present in a cup, the blocking rod is brought into the closed position and a product flow is stopped; the blocking rod is brought into a contact position in which the blocking rod extends out of the distribution nozzle through the distribution opening such that a lower end of the blocking rod comes in the contact with the product upper-surface.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: October 25, 2017
Date of Patent: November 2, 2021
    Assignee: SYNERLINK

  • Patent number: 8714962
Abstract: The invention relates to a mold for thermoforming food pots having a decoration, and to an associated method, the mold (1) being in the form of a plate in the thickness of which at least one cell (2) for thermoforming a pot is formed, characterized in that it comprises an element (3) with an effusivity less than that of the mold, which is arranged on at least a part of the peripheral wall (21) of the cell, the said part being intended to be in contact with an overlap zone of the decoration.
    Type: Grant

  • Patent number: 8596313
Abstract: The invention relates to a device (1) for filling food pots (2), for example yoghurt pots, comprising a plurality of nozzles (10) for filling the pots with a food product, said nozzles (10) each being mounted in a nozzle body (30), characterized in that the device comprises means for applying to each of the nozzles (10) a translational movement along the axis (A) of the nozzle, optionally combined with a rotational movement about this axis, independently of the nozzle body (30), in such a way that the same nozzle (10) can both carry out the filling action and stop the filling. The invention also relates to a method for filling food pots using a device of this type.
