    Abstract: The present invention involves a system and method for proctoring testimony, including proctoring a remote deposition, which reduces or eliminates disingenuous conduct and preserves the integrity of the testimony. A server may be configured to host a remote deposition comprising a live video stream between a host device and one or more client devices. The client devices are configured to receive an invite from the server or the host device to join the remote deposition. The invite to a client device of the witness being deposed, includes a link with instructions to access the remote deposition and lock a user interface of the client device during the live video stream. An application executable by the client device of the witness is configured to access the remote deposition, display the live video stream, and lock access to the user interface of the client device during the live video stream.

The method involves identifying a plurality of work elements comprising a work process, interviewing one or more knowledgeable interviewees and determining existing states and enhanced proposed states of the plurality of work elements, visually displaying the existing and enhanced proposed states of the work elements, and estimating and visually displaying a change in value of the work process due to an enhancement of the work elements from the existing states to the enhanced proposed states.

    Abstract: A railroad car trash compactor includes an elongated box defining an elongated trash compartment therein. A compactor blade is movably mounted within the box and is movable from a fill position adjacent the forward end of the box to a discharge position adjacent the rear end of the box. Discharge doors are openable at the rear end of the box to permit the expelling of trash from the box by means of the trash compactor. Steam jets are provided within the compartment for cleaning the compartment.
