Abstract: A moving exercise apparatus that utilizes both arm levers and foot pedals to apply rotational force to the rear wheels, which propels the apparatus in a forward or reverse motion. A center steering handle in the front of the apparatus steers the front wheels and mounts the break handles. The braking system includes brake cables, pads and handle grips mounted on the center steering handle, much like that on a common bicycle. The brake pads are attached to the front and rear axles.
