    Abstract: The bullet shaped condom urinary catheter has an air hose with a source of pressurized air ducted to near the larger open first end. The air hose terminates in an annular shaped hollow located near the larger open first end and the hollow is thinner on its inner circumference. That annular shaped hollow in the bullet shape condom has a series of pinholes to allow release of the air. The larger opening has of the condom has an inwardly projecting lip. An alternate embodiment of improved condom urinary catheter has an air hose which ducts air from an compressed air source and terminates in a series of pinholes in the inner wall to allow release of the air to flow from the larger end to flow out the urinary end. This improved condom urinary catheter has an inwardly projecting lip around said larger open first end and optionally adhesives to hold the condom on. Optionally, a garter or belt may mechanically retain the urinary catheter on the penis.

    Abstract: The invention is a bandage with a flat clear or opaque protective cover and a sidewall spacer attached to the outer circumference of the protective cover. The sidewall spacer has adhesives. This device has one or more inlet tubes and one or more outlet tubes and with monitoring sensors to monitor the bandaged wound environment. These sensors control pump(s) which provide liquids or gases that enter under the protective clear cover. The outlet tubes has an optional reversible closure. Likewise the bandage has a second cut through the protective cover for catheter chosen from of the group that includes urinary, dialysis, intravenous, intrarterial, total parental nutrition, or alimentary catheters.

    Abstract: A fire control system for a firearm, such as a rifle, operates a bolt action for increased rate of fire and convenience while retaining the secure locking of the firing chamber by manual bolt actions. After a controller determines that a round has been fired, one or more actuators, such as electrically actuated tooth wheels or gears, unlocks and reciprocates the bolt action to extract the spent shell and to load an unfired cartridge. Thereby, a consistent locking action is achieved avoiding the inconsistent sealing of conventional automatic bolt actions. Consistent accuracy with increased firing rate operation is further achieved with a cooling system activated when the firearm exceeds an optimum temperature operating range.

    Abstract: A system and method in vivo sterilization of a respiratory circuit. A breathing tube has a proximal end, a distal end and a lumen extending between the proximal and distal ends; a respirator and a synchronization mechanism. One or more light sources capable of emitting ultraviolet radiation irradiates at least a portion of the respiratory circuit, such as the breathing tube, thereby sterilizing the respiratory circuit. The synchronization mechanism controls the light sources to synchronize the sterilization relative to the patient's breathing cycle. Several mechanisms to irradiate the respiratory circuit and control ultraviolet radiation are included.
