  • Publication number: 20240154862
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to systems, methods, and computer-readable media for pre-provisioning server nodes of a server rack and causing the pre-provisioned server node to be deployed on an edge zone of a cloud computing system. In particular, systems described herein involve identifying server nodes based on a customer hardware deployment request and performing a series of pre-provision acts to the server nodes in accordance with the received hardware deployment request. For example, systems described herein pre-provision the hardware by configuring hardware and software on the server nodes, establishing communication with one or more control planes on a datacenter, and bringing the server nodes to a return to web (RTW) state. By pre-provisioning the hardware, the server hardware may be delivered and transitioned to a live state in an efficient manner and without jeopardizing security on the cloud.

  • Patent number: 11973726
Abstract: A system creates alerts of issues of importance to an organization. While an organization does not want to miss the opportunity to run an advocacy campaign on an issue of importance, it also does not want to run an unsuccessful campaign that might burden or bore those to whom the campaign is directed. The system maintains a history of previous campaigns as well as success outcomes of those campaigns. A computational model operates on selected previous campaigns and a candidate issue to determine a score indicative of whether a campaign should be run. The score can include a combination of relevancy to criteria for an issue of importance, similarity to issues from previous campaigns, and outcome success data for the selected previous campaigns. If the combined score meets a threshold, the system can present an option to initiate a new advocacy campaign on the candidate issue.

  • Patent number: 11795963
Abstract: Technologies are generally described for holding an impeller of a pump assembly in place axially with an impeller locking collar by loading the collar against a ring element. In a centrifugal pump assembly, one side of the shaft has a larger diameter for the impeller to abut against. The other side of the shaft may be fitted with an impeller locking collar comprising two portions that can be threaded together and hold the impeller in place by tightening against a ring element such as a split ring or spiral lock. Anti-rotation to avoid loosening of the impeller locking collar may be achieved by providing counter threads against a shaft rotation. Secondary anti-rotation may be provided by one or more set screws in the impeller locking collar.
