  • Patent number: 9821954
Abstract: A system for transporting fluid cargo within a shipping container, the system comprising an open topped box having side walls and end walls and a flexible membrane which either independently or in combination with the box contains the fluid cargo. The box supports the portion of the cargo within the box and is designed to flex and absorb at least part of the horizontal forces generated within the cargo during its transportation thus preventing overloading of the walls of the surrounding container. The membrane may be a bladder which completely encloses the cargo and is disposed partially within the box to contain the cargo independently of the box. The box may have a floor pan which can seal the box against leakage of any cargo.
    Type: Grant

  • Publication number: 20060051560
Abstract: A moisture resistant film is for covering an architectural structure. The film includes a flexible membrane defining a plane and a first plurality of spaced apart, discrete embossings formed in the membrane extending outwardly of the plane. The embossings are formed in rows in an x-direction and in columns in a y-direction. The rows are parallel to and spaced from one another and the columns are parallel to and spaced from one another. A method and tool for making the film are also disclosed.

  • Patent number: 4827646
Abstract: A sign display device for use in vehicles such as automobiles comprising a variable height sign holder extendibly mounted on a housing or frame which has an attachment means for holding the display device on a vehicle door or similar structure. The variable height sign holder is a manually extendible structure preferably comprising a series of pairs of lever arms pivotally fastened together in the center on the ends to adjacent pairs so as to form a scissors action structure. An actuation handle is mounted on one end of the pairs of lever arms to move the ends closer together and extend the sign holder. A sign or card holder frame is positioned on an upper end of the pairs of lever arms for holding the signs to be displayed by, or stored in, the display device.
