  • Publication number: 20230392362
Abstract: The disclosed technology includes a tank system including a gravity tank configured to contain water at atmospheric pressure, a rigid pressurized tank positioned within the gravity tank and configured to contain water at a pressure greater than atmospheric pressure, and a piston assembly positioned below the rigid pressurized tank and configured to open and close the rigid pressurized tank. The gravity tank is configured to channel water at atmospheric pressure into a toilet bowl at a first velocity and the rigid pressurized tank is configured to channel water at the pressure greater than atmospheric pressure into the toilet bowl at a second velocity. The second velocity is greater than the first velocity.

  • Patent number: 11744351
Abstract: A system for transferring an object from one user to another user that is useful to prevent unintentional dropping of the object is disclosed. A cam is rotatably connected to a structure that is configured to be attached to a first user. A central housing with two ports is configured to allow for the attachment of a tool by lanyard or other means. When the first cam is locked into the one of the housing ports, it cannot be released from the housing unless a second cam is inserted into the second housing port and captured. Once the second cam is captured the first cam is released, thus safely passing the tool from the first user to the second user while minimizing the chance of dropping the tool.

  • Patent number: 10337180
Abstract: The disclosed technology includes low flush toilet systems and methods of using low flush toilet systems. In one implementation, a low flush toilet system includes a first (or passive) tank, the first tank configured to preload a toilet rim, and a second (or pressurized) tank, the second tank including an internal air bladder, the internal air bladder configured to compress when exposed to water pressure from a supply line and configured to expand when a flush valve releases pushing water out of the second tank at a high flow rate and into a toilet for flushing. In some implementations, water flows from the pressurized tank at approximately 0.7-1.0 gallons per flush.

  • Patent number: 8496619
Abstract: An exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure can provide an injector including a trigger mechanism, an energy source, and a user-operable firing-initiation member. The trigger member can include a trigger member having a retainer portion, and a ram assembly having a ram configured to pressurize a medicament container for expelling a medicament therefrom and a trigger engagement member configured to engage the retainer portion of the trigger member in a pre-firing condition. The energy source can be associated with the ram for powering the ram to expel the medicament, and the user-operable firing-initiation member can be operable for causing an axial rotation between the trigger engagement member and the retainer portion from the pre-firing condition to a firing condition in which the trigger engagement member is released from the retainer portion to allow the energy source to fire the ram.
