Abstract: The present disclosure generally relates to compounds useful as immunomodulators. Provided herein are compounds, compositions comprising such compounds, and methods of their use. The disclosure further pertains to pharmaceutical compositions comprising at least one compound according to the disclosure that are useful for the treatment of various diseases, including cancer and infectious diseases.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a passivating contact that includes a dielectric layer constructed of a first material, an intervening layer constructed of a second material, and a substrate constructed of a semiconductor, where the dielectric layer is positioned between the substrate and the intervening layer, the dielectric layer has a first thickness, and the substrate has a second thickness. The passivating contact also includes a plurality of conductive pathways that include the second material and pass through the first thickness, the second material penetrates into the second thickness forming a plurality of penetrating regions within the substrate, and the plurality of conductive pathways are configured to allow current to pass through the first thickness.

Abstract: A chair support shell has an integral back portion, seat portion, and joining portion between the back portion and the seat portion. At least a major portion of the support shell comprises a compliant structure, the compliant structure having a plurality of cells interconnected by a plurality of resilient members. The compliant structure provides compliance in the seat portion, compliance in the back portion, and compliance in the joining portion. The compliant structure enables recline of the back portion relative to the seat portion.

Abstract: The invention provides a delivery device (10) for a medicament comprising: a housing (50), a receptacle (54) holding a medicament (80) in the form of a powder; and a source of propellant (53), characterized in that the housing (50) provides an inlet (63) and an outlet (56) for the receptacle (54) wherein the inlet (63) is in fluid communication with the source of propellant (53) and is directed against the medicament (80) and the outlet (56) is spaced from the medicament (80) to allow aerosolisation of the medicament (80); the device (10) provides improved delivery efficiency, particularly a delivered fine particle fraction of greater than 20% by weight.
