  • Publication number: 20190124157
Abstract: A method and system are provided for processing context data for interaction sessions. The method includes detecting a first interaction session using a first interaction channel between a request initiator and a request service provider and obtaining context data of a plurality of other interaction sessions between the request initiator and the request service provider. The context data is related to activity of the request initiator, and at least one of the plurality of other interaction sessions and the first interaction session use different types of interaction channels between the request initiator and the request service provider. The method also includes selecting a subset of the context data of the plurality of other interaction sessions that are related to the activity. The method also includes providing the subset of the context data for the first interaction session.

  • Publication number: 20190114703
Abstract: A method and system for recommending a physical location at which to complete an electronic activity are disclosed. In some examples, initiation of the electronic activity by a user at a first physical location is detected, that the electronic activity is to be completed at a physical location different from the first physical location is determined, one or more portions of the electronic activity that remain incomplete are determined, a second physical location at which to complete the one or more incomplete portions of the electronic activity is identified, and information about the electronic activity is provided to the second physical location. In some examples, the identification of the second physical location is based on at least characteristics of the electronic activity, the user, and/or the second physical location.

  • Patent number: 10261948
Abstract: Methods and electronic systems for managing data transfer timing in a database are described. An electronic system includes a communication interface, a memory, and a processor coupled with the memory and the communication interface. The processor is configured to receive a signal representing an electronic message from a third party system. The electronic message notifies the electronic system of a first scheduled data transfer to a database managed by the electronic system and including a first transfer time in the future and value change information that affects a value of the database. In response to receipt of the electronic message, the processor evaluates a second scheduled data transfer from the database to a recipient at a second transfer time in the future at which at least a portion of the value is expected to be transferred to the recipient.

  • Publication number: 20190102739
Abstract: A method and system are provided for processing context data for interaction sessions for providing a subset of the context data for a first interaction session. The method includes detecting the first interaction session between a request initiator and a request service provider, and obtaining context data of a plurality of other interaction sessions. The context data is related to activity of the request initiator. The method also includes selecting the subset of the context data based on at least one of relevance, similarities and differences to at least one of the first interaction session and type of interaction channel. The subset of the context data is then provided for the first interaction session.

  • Patent number: 10235676
Abstract: The disclosed embodiments include methods and systems for accessing computation resources, such as information-technology (IT) assets, in an open environment. In certain aspects, an IT system may provide an online portal that presents an IT self-serve store of IT assets that a user may select for access or use. The IT system may, for example, determine that the selected IT assets comply with one or more compliance and permissioning policies, and based on the determination, may assemble the selected IT assets to generate or “spin-up” instances of applications executable by various hardware platforms. The IT system may also establish an enterprise data provisioning platform that maintains data, reporting, and analytical assets in formats accessible to devices and application instances executing across the enterprise, and that provisions the data, reporting, and analytical assets in a timely, accurate, and consistent manner.

  • Patent number: 10193756
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to systems and computer-implemented methods for implementing a resource allocation and adjusting resource usage and spending based on information received from a plurality of network-connected devices. One example method is performed by identifying a master resource allocation associated with a plurality of connected devices and monitoring, at a device hub, resource usage information associated with at least one connected device. The device hub compares the monitored resource usage information associated with the at least one connected device to the master resource allocation for the plurality of connected devices, and, in response to the comparison, calculates at least one adjustment in operation for a particular connected device from the plurality of connected devices based on the monitored resource usage information.

  • Publication number: 20190026710
Abstract: The disclosed embodiments include computerized methods and systems that automatically provision one or more services available to an Internet-of-Things (IoT) devices upon connection to and registration onto communications network. In one aspect, a device may receive, from a computing system, data specifying one or more first services provisioned to the device. The device may identify a subset of the first services that are consistent with a device type of an additional device, and may transmit a portion of the stored first data that specifies the subset of the first services to that additional device. The additional device may process the transmitted portion to provision the subset of the first services to the additional device prior to a successful authentication.

  • Patent number: 10176461
Abstract: The disclosed embodiments include methods and systems for providing a notification relating to a geographical boundary based on monitored sensor data collected by networked devices. The disclosed embodiments include, for example, a method that monitors positional sensor data received from one or more triggering devices. The method may calculate a first boundary extent delimiting the geographical area of the first boundary based on one or more boundary extent parameters. The method may also detect an occurrence of a triggering condition that impacts a movement of at least one of a client device or at least one of the triggering devices within a geographic region that includes the first location. In response to the detected triggering event, at least one of modified start time or a second location may be established for the event, which may be provided to the client and triggering devices in a notification.
