Abstract: A method for providing notifications related to a vehicle to the consumer, comprising receiving a plurality of activities of a user on a webpage of a web site posting of a vehicle, determining an interest level of the user for the web site posting of the vehicle in view of the plurality of activities of the user, receiving an indication of a change of a status of the web site posting of the vehicle, and providing to the user a notification of the change of the status of the web site posting of the vehicle in view of the interest level of the user, and in response to the indication of the change of the status of the web site posting of the vehicle.

Abstract: A system and method for managing requests for services, in particular via the use of the Internet, where requests for service may be refined before they are accepted. In response to the receipt of a service request from a service requester, a work order is created and routed to one or more of the service providers for the purpose of having one or more of the selected service providers indicate an acceptance of the work order. This work order can be later refined, for example if changes need to be made, especially in response to queries from the service providers.

Abstract: A system and method for managing service requests performs the steps of loading profile settings for service providers, where the profile settings comprise a two dimensional matrix of actions and objects, processing a work order by determining task involved in the accomplishment of the work order, mapping the profile settings into a hierarchy of determined tasks of the work order and providing a listing of service providers for the work order through results of the mapping step.
