  • Publication number: 20150173370
Abstract: Provided herein are herbicidal compositions comprising a mixture comprising (a) the choline salt of 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D-choline), (b) a salt of N-(phosphonomethyl)glycine (glyphosate), and (c) a salt of 2-amino-4-(hydroxymethylphosphinyl)-butanoic acid (glufosinate). The compositions provide synergistic weed control of undesirable vegetation and improved crop tolerance in 2,4-D-, glyphosate- and glufosinate-tolerant soybeans, corn, or cotton. The compositions also provide synergistic weed control of undesirable vegetation in areas including, but not limited to, non-crop, perennial crop, fruiting crop, and plantation crop areas.

  • Publication number: 20070021773
Abstract: An inconspicuous nasal-dilating device for a constricted nostril, the device being insertable into and frictionally retained in the constricted nostril. The device has a circular cross-sectional shape that is laterally squeezable to an oval shape for purposes of inserting the device into the constricted nostril and, upon being released from the oval shape, attempts to return to its circular cross-sectional shape thereby dilating an air passageway of the constricted nostril.

  • Patent number: 7027574
Abstract: In a public switched telephone network, real time monitors on SS7 links will collect interoffice signaling messages. A site processor compiles data from the signaling messages relating to individual calls, to form call detail records (CDRs) for all interoffice call attempts. The site servers upload the CDRs to a central server. Automatic Message Accounting (AMA) records also are accumulated for at least selected central office switching systems and uploaded to a server. Programs running on the servers enable network operations personal to analyze a variety of network traffic patterns, for example to study the number of calls to particular numbers during various times periods and the hold time of the calls in order to identify the numbers of Internet Service Providers (ISPs).
    Type: Grant
    Filed: February 15, 2001
Date of Patent: April 11, 2006
    Assignee: Verizon Services Corp.

  • Publication number: 20060032334
Abstract: The subject invention relates to a new method for manufacturing extrusion die tools that eliminates the step of hardening the steel after cutting the steel to form the desired extrusion die tool design. The new method involves the steps of cutting and finishing steel to form the desired extrusion die tool design, coating the die tool, or parts thereof, and hardening the coated die tool. The new method for manufacturing extrusion die tools reduces the time and the cost involved in their manufacture.
