Abstract: Aspects described herein relate to various methods, systems and apparatuses that may be used to capture wireless device usage data. An operating system may place limits, or restrictions, on how the wireless device usage data can be viewed and/or processed by third-party applications. However, by implementing the various methods, systems, and apparatuses described herein, the wireless usage data can be captured in a way that circumvents and/or avoids the limits, or restrictions, placed on the wireless device usage data by the operating system. Further aspects relate to performing the capture of the wireless device usage data based on user authorization. Yet further aspects relate to using the wireless device usage data to improve various processes for determining network performance.

The access may be responsive to a customer profile that establishes the customer's preferences or tastes. The access may be responsive to detecting that the customer's mobile device is within a threshold distance of one or more matching retailers. The access may be responsive to a customer request to obtain the sales information. One or more reminder notes may be sent to the customer to serve as a reminder that the customer likely needs to acquire a product or service.
