  • Patent number: 7277751
Abstract: A medical electrode assembly comprising a first electrically conductive element configured to be in electrical contact with the patient and to deliver a therapy pulse, a second electrically conductive element configured to be in electrical contact with the patient and to deliver a depolarizing current, and an electrically conductive material providing an electrical connection between the first and second electrically conductive elements and the patient, wherein the first and second electrically conductive elements are configured so that polarization that occurs on the first element as the result of delivery of the therapy pulse may be reduced by subsequent delivery of the depolarizing current, which flows in a circuit that includes the patient and both the first and second conductive elements.

  • Publication number: 20060044916
Abstract: A method, apparatus, and system are provided for implementing a zero-enabled fuse system. An apparatus includes a first set of fuses for activating a first memory portion, and a second set of fuses for activating a second memory portion. The apparatus also includes a controller to control an operation of the first and second set of fuses. The controller is adapted to determine whether a zero address memory location relating to the first memory portion is to be activated based upon an enable fuse. The controller is adapted to also perform a check to determine whether the second set of fuses has been previously activated.
